Venue Transformation: We managed the complex task of transforming the venue in GIFT City into a majestic, high-glamour awards ceremony set. This included the design for the main event area (Popular Awards) as well as the initial curtain-raiser ceremony at the Mahatma Mandir Convention Centre.
The Cinematic Stage: Our design team crafted the colossal main stage, which served as the backdrop for the high-energy performances by stars like Ranbir Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Varun Dhawan. The stage design integrated cutting-edge technology and aesthetic elements to reflect the grandeur and artistry of Indian cinema.
Technical Integration: Precision planning was required for lighting, LED screens, and sound systems to accommodate the star-studded live acts and seamless award presentations hosted by figures like Karan Johar and Ayushmann Khurrana.
Red Carpet & Experiential Zones: We ensured the entire event ecosystem was flawlessly designed, from the glamorous celebrity arrival on the Red Carpet to the internal guest flow and viewing areas. Our Layout & Overlay Planning prioritized visibility, comfort, and the overall luxurious experience expected of the Filmfare brand.
Logistical Mastery: Hosting a two-day event of this magnitude required meticulous Vendor Coordination, Authority Approval, and Onsite Supervision. DHub managed the technical complexity and sheer scale of the production, demonstrating our ability to deliver a world-class, high-profile televised event on a historic new canvas in Gujarat.
