Cancellations & Returns Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product remains unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
