Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations & Returns Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product remains unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. Please note that due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for products with broken seals.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To expedite the process, include your Order ID and clear photos of the product and its packaging. Following verification, we will promptly arrange for a replacement or a refund as applicable.
