No, you cannot book just one room. You would need to book the entire home.

Meals are provided onsite and can be availed at additional charges. We levy an on-site cash handling charge (₹500) and request you to pay for all meals before check-in to avoid this inconvenience. Furthermore, all digitally checked-in guests can avail of additional Reward Points and SaffronStays Club Infinitum benefits for pre-paid meals. Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and afternoon tea time. If you would like tea/coffee during the day, this will be arranged at an additional charge.

Given the location of our home, playing loud music is allowed within limit and during specific time/hours. Guests are requested to respect our neighbours and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.

While roads connecting to the property are good, guests are advised to check the road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip. Our home is cool and breezy round the year, so you could visit at anytime.

Yes, we do allow events/shoots at the villa, subject to Home Owner's approval. Meals can be arranged at an additional cost (per person, per day). Please note that a maximum of 15 people can be accommodated in the villa for an overnight stay. Access to the pool will be subject to home owner's approval. Depending on the event and its requirements, a refundable deposit and additional charges may be applied. Please note that loud music (if needed for your function) will only be permitted during certain hours. Any other permissions required for photo shoot/functions will need to be taken by the guests themselves.

  • Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
  • We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
  • Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
  • Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
  • The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
  • Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
  • As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
  • Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.

      • Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen, please connect with the staff for any support.
      • A caretaker is present on the site along with additional staff for housekeeping, cleaning and cooking.

        • If booking is cancelled 21 days before checkin date, guests are entitled to a full refund. While, 50% refund if cancelled between 21-11 days before checkin date

        • A nominal cancellation fee (5%) is charged for processing the refund. While, refund in travel credits have no processing fee.
        • Refunds for cancellations would only be processed in the form of travel credits if any amount of travel credits is utilised for booking.
        • If any non cancellable coupon is used while booking, all cancellation policies are overridden. The guest is not entitled to any refund while rescheduling is possible*
        • Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi (14th–15th March 2025), Independence Day (15th August 2025), Diwali (18th–28th October 2025), and Christmas & New Year (24th December 2025–2nd January 2026), will not be accepted.
        • In case of extreme last-minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, Guests will be refunded 85% of booking amount if SaffronStays gets another booking for the same date(s). If not, Guests will not be given a refund, and the cancellation will be treated as a no-show.
        • If the Guest has made a partial payment, they are entitled to no refund whatsoever.
