Orders & Payments

• 50% advance payment is mandatory at the time of placing an order.
• Remaining amount must be paid against delivery.
• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Products & Services

• Product colors, designs, and sizes may slightly vary due to lighting, screen settings, or availability.
• Customized and made-to-order items will be processed only after advance payment is received.

Pricing

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Taxes and delivery charges (if any) will be communicated at the time of billing.

Liability

• Utsav Furnishing & Mattresses shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our responsibility is limited to the product purchased and its stated warranty (if applicable).
