Yes, we welcome factory visits by appointment. Our facility is located at MIDC Satpur, Nashik 422007, Maharashtra. Please call or WhatsApp us at least 24 hours in advance to schedule. We can walk you through our production line and help you evaluate materials in person.

Acrylic (PMMA) offers higher optical clarity (92% light transmission), better UV resistance, and is easier to machine and polish. It is ideal for display cases, lighting and decorative uses.

Polycarbonate (PC) is 250× stronger than glass and much more impact resistant than acrylic, making it suited for industrial enclosures, machine guards and outdoor applications where physical stress is a factor. PC costs slightly more and has lower scratch resistance than acrylic.

In summary: choose acrylic for clarity and aesthetics; choose polycarbonate for strength and impact resistance.

We use virgin-grade PMMA (GS grade) — no recycled material is blended in. This guarantees consistent optical clarity, uniform wall thickness and predictable mechanical properties. Our material conforms to ISO 7823-1 and DIN 7745 standards.

Yes. In addition to our standard water-clear transparent range, we stock opal/frosted profiles and can source coloured acrylic tubes in popular tints (black, red, blue, green, smoke) on a made-to-order basis. Lead time for coloured profiles is typically 5–10 business days. Please contact us with your colour requirements for availability and pricing.

Extruded acrylic (our standard tubes and rods) is manufactured by pushing molten acrylic through a die. It is cost-effective, dimensionally consistent, and machines well. It softens at around 80–90°C.

Cast acrylic (our Cast Acrylic Pipe range) is polymerised in a mould, giving superior chemical resistance, higher service temperature (up to 100°C), and better surface quality. It is preferred for chemical containers, aquariums, and precision optical applications. Cast is generally more expensive than extruded.

Our acrylic tubes are UV-stabilised, meaning they are formulated to resist yellowing and degradation under sunlight exposure. In normal outdoor conditions, yellowing should not be noticeable for 5–10 years. Polycarbonate tubes also have a UV-protective co-extrusion layer for outdoor use. If you are planning a permanent outdoor installation, we recommend specifying UV-grade material — please mention this when enquiring.

Yes. Virgin PMMA acrylic is non-toxic, does not leach harmful chemicals and is widely used in aquariums, fish tanks, marine enclosures and laboratory equipment. For food or pharmaceutical contact applications, please request our material safety certificate (MSDS) to verify compliance with your specific regulatory requirements.

There is no minimum order quantity for standard in-stock sizes — you can order even a single piece. For custom-cut orders (non-standard lengths, OD or WT), we require a minimum of 5 pieces per unique specification. Modifications or cancellations must be requested before production begins — usually within 4 hours of order confirmation for standard items, or before cutting begins for custom sizes. Once material is cut to your specification, cancellation may incur a material handling charge. Please contact us immediately if you need to change your order.

Absolutely. We encourage sampling before bulk orders. Sample pieces are dispatched within 48 hours. Courier charges apply (typically ₹80–₹200 depending on your location). Use our website's "Sample Request" form or WhatsApp us with your preferred specifications. Once you're satisfied, your bulk order pricing will be confirmed separately.

Yes. Many of our manufacturing and distribution customers place recurring monthly orders. We can set up a standing order arrangement with agreed pricing, dedicated production slots and priority dispatch. This is especially useful if you need consistent supply of specific sizes. Yes. Our CNC machines can cut to virtually any length between 50mm and 6000mm. For OD and wall thickness, we work from our extrusion dies — we stock a wide range of dies, so most requested sizes are achievable. If you have a drawing or specification sheet, send it over and we'll confirm feasibility and lead time within 24 hours.

Our standard CNC cutting tolerance is ±0.2mm on length and ±0.1mm on wall thickness. For high-precision applications requiring tighter tolerances (e.g. medical or laboratory use), please specify this in your enquiry and we'll advise on achievable limits for your exact dimensions.

Yes, we accept PDF, DXF, DWG, and any standard CAD format. Send your drawing via WhatsApp or email to sales@acrylictubes.in and our technical team will review it within 24 hours. For complex multi-part orders, we recommend sharing drawings to avoid dimensional misunderstandings.

Our primary service is precision length cutting. We do not currently offer drilling, threading, routing, polishing or printing as standard services. However, our acrylic and PC profiles are fully compatible with these operations using standard machining equipment — we can refer you to specialist fabricators if needed.

Custom-cut orders from our standard size range are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment/approval. For sizes requiring special extrusion (non-standard OD or WT), lead time is 5–10 business days. Urgency charges apply for same-day dispatch — please enquire if you have a tight deadline.

Offcuts of 100mm or longer are retained in our offcuts inventory and made available at discounted rates. Shorter offcuts are responsibly recycled. If you have a use for your offcuts (e.g. for prototyping or testing), we can include them with your order free of charge — just mention this at the time of ordering.

Acrylic prices fluctuate with raw material (PMMA/PC resin) market rates which change monthly. Displaying fixed prices would either mislead customers or require constant updates. Instead, we send you a live quote within 2 hours that reflects current market pricing — ensuring you always get an accurate, competitive price for your exact requirements.

We accept NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), account payee cheque, and cash for factory pickups. For first-time orders, 100% advance payment is required before dispatch. For verified repeat customers, we offer Net 15–30 day credit terms after a successful first transaction.

Yes, we extend Net 15 or Net 30 credit terms to qualified customers after a satisfactory first order and completion of a simple credit application. This is especially useful for manufacturers and distributors placing recurring orders. Speak to our sales team to understand eligibility.

Our quotes are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue, subject to stock availability. After 7 days, raw material prices may have changed and a fresh quote will be required. For urgent decisions, please confirm your order within the validity period to lock in the quoted price.

We accept returns only for items that are defective or do not match the confirmed specifications. Customised and cut-to-size items are non-refundable unless the error is on our side. In case of a genuine quality issue, we will either replace the material or issue a credit note — whichever you prefer. Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.

Standard in-stock items are dispatched same day or next business day. Custom-cut orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery time across India typically ranges from 2 days (Maharashtra) to 7 days (Northeast India), depending on your courier partner and location.

Yes. We ship to all 28 states and 8 Union Territories across India. We partner with multiple logistics providers including DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery and local carriers to ensure coverage even in remote areas. Additional transit time and freight charges may apply for remote locations.

We take packaging seriously. Tubes and rods are individually wrapped in protective film, then bundled and secured in foam-padded cardboard boxes or wooden crates for long lengths. For large or heavy orders, we use custom-fabricated wooden packing cases. We have a very low damage rate in transit, but in the event of damage, please photograph the package before opening and contact us immediately.

Yes. After dispatch, we send you the courier name, tracking number and tracking link via WhatsApp/SMS. You can use the courier's website or app to track your consignment in real time. If you face any tracking issues, contact our support team and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Free shipping is available on qualifying bulk orders (typically above a threshold value — ask our sales team for current thresholds by region). For smaller orders, freight is charged at actuals based on weight, dimensions and destination. We always use the most cost-effective courier for your location.

Yes, self-pickup is available and free of charge. Our factory is at MIDC Satpur, Nashik 422007. Please confirm your pickup date and time in advance so we can have your order ready. Factory pickup timings are Monday–Friday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

Use a fine-tooth saw blade (60+ teeth per inch) at slow, steady speed. Support the tube firmly to prevent vibration. Avoid high-speed cuts that generate heat — this melts the acrylic. For drilling, use sharp HSS drill bits at low RPM, withdrawing frequently to clear chips. Apply masking tape over the cut line to reduce chipping. Always wear safety glasses.

For acrylic-to-acrylic bonding, use a solvent cement like Weld-On 3, Weld-On 4 or similar acrylic cement — these create a molecular bond as strong as the parent material. For bonding acrylic to other substrates (metal, wood), use a two-part epoxy or UV-curing adhesive. Do NOT use super glue (cyanoacrylate) on acrylic — it causes crazing and whitening.

Extruded acrylic softens at around 80–90°C and should not be used in continuous service above 70°C. Cast acrylic handles up to 100°C. Polycarbonate is more heat-tolerant, rated to 115–120°C continuous service. If your application involves heat — e.g. near LED drivers or industrial equipment — consider PC profiles instead of acrylic.

Acrylic is resistant to dilute acids, alkalis, aliphatic hydrocarbons and most aqueous solutions. It is NOT resistant to aromatic solvents (acetone, toluene, benzene), concentrated acids, chlorinated solvents or ketones — these will cloud, craze or dissolve it. For cleaning, use mild soapy water or isopropyl alcohol at low concentrations. Cast acrylic has superior chemical resistance compared to extruded.

Fine scratches can be removed by wet sanding (start with 400 grit, progress to 600, 800, 1000, 1500 and 2000 grit) followed by polishing with an acrylic-specific compound (e.g. Novus Plastic Polish or Brasso). For deep scratches, begin with a coarser grit (220). Finish with a microfibre cloth. Flame polishing (a torch briefly passed over the edge) gives a glass-clear finish on cut edges.

Acrylic can be heat-formed when heated evenly to 150–180°C. For small bends on flat sheet, a strip heater is used. Bending hollow tubes is more complex — the tube must be packed with sand or fitted with an internal mandrel to prevent collapse. We recommend consulting a specialist acrylic fabricator for complex forming work.

For LED strip lighting, our PC Light Diffuser Tube is the ideal choice. It features an opal/frosted finish that scatters light evenly, eliminating hot spots while maintaining excellent transmission. The OD should be 2–4mm larger than your LED strip width. For architectural lighting requiring a totally clear cover without diffusion, use a clear Acrylic Transparent Tube of matching OD.

Our virgin PMMA acrylic is manufactured to pharmaceutical-grade standards and is suitable for laboratory equipment, sample tubes and medical device enclosures. For regulated medical device applications (Class II/III), you will need our material certification and may require biocompatibility testing by your own regulatory team. We can provide MSDS, ISO certificates and material traceability documentation on request.

We are ISO 9001:2015 certified for our quality management system, covering design, production, quality inspection and customer service. We are also MSME registered under Udyam, Make in India initiative member, and fully GST compliant. Copies of our certificates are available on request.

Every batch undergoes a 5-point QC check before dispatch: (1) dimensional verification with digital vernier callipers, (2) visual inspection for surface defects, scratches or inclusions, (3) optical clarity check, (4) wall thickness uniformity check, and (5) length accuracy verification. Failed pieces are rejected and replaced. We maintain QC records for traceability.

Please photograph the defective items and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either replace the items or issue a full credit note — at your choice. In most cases, we dispatch replacement items within 48 hours of confirmed claim. We take quality complaints very seriously and use them to improve our production processes.

Yes. For regulated industries (medical devices, food processing, laboratory), we can provide batch-specific test reports including dimensional records, optical clarity test and material conformity certificates. Please request this at the time of ordering with at least 3–5 business days notice to prepare the documentation.

Yes. All our acrylic and polycarbonate profiles are 100% manufactured at our Nashik, Maharashtra facility. We source PMMA and PC resin from domestic and international raw material suppliers, extrude and cut in-house, and dispatch directly to customers.
