Our Acrylic Transparent Tube is manufactured from virgin-grade PMMA (Polymethylmethacrylate) resin — the same optical-grade material used in premium display cases, LED light fixtures and aquarium installations worldwide.
Each tube is extruded under controlled temperature conditions and then precision-cut on our CNC equipment to guarantee dimensional accuracy within ±0.2mm. The result is a crystal-clear, stress-free profile that transmits over 92% of visible light — outperforming standard glass in many applications.

Yes. We can manufacture acrylic tubes with any wall thickness between 1mm and 25mm, subject to minimum order quantities. For non-standard thicknesses, please contact our sales team with your drawing or specification.
For custom-cut orders, the minimum is 5 pieces per SKU (same OD × WT × length combination). There is no minimum for standard in-stock sizes — we can ship as few as 1 piece.
Our acrylic tubes are manufactured from virgin PMMA with no plasticisers or harmful additives, making them suitable for aquarium applications. For FDA-grade food-contact certification, please request our food-grade material certificate on enquiry.
Use a fine-tooth saw (60+ teeth) or a specialised acrylic-cutting blade at slow speed. For drilling, use sharp HSS drill bits at low RPM with frequent withdrawal to clear chips. Always support the tube firmly. Avoid high-speed cutting as this generates heat that causes melting or cracking.
We do not offer printing or engraving services at our facility. However, our acrylic tubes are fully compatible with UV printing, laser engraving and pad printing by third-party service providers. The surface accepts most acrylic-compatible adhesives and paints well.
