Sourcing & Orders
MOQs vary by product category. Generally, for fresh fruits and vegetables, the MOQ is one 20ft Reefer container. For bulk grains, pulses, and dry fruits, the MOQ is one 20ft dry van container.
Yes. We provide pre-shipment product samples for visual and chemical analysis. Sourcing clients are responsible for courier logistics fees, while sample crop products are supplied free of charge.
Shipping & Incoterms
We trade primarily under FOB (Free On Board), CFR (Cost and Freight), and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) incoterms. Details are finalized during commercial contract negotiations.
We export from major Indian sea terminals, including JNPT (Nhava Sheva, Mumbai), Mundra Port (Gujarat), and Chennai Port, depending on sourcing proximity and transit lines.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Yes, all agricultural exports are subject to mandatory quarantine inspections. We supply official Phytosanitary Certificates issued by the Government of India's plant quarantine authority (NPPO) to ensure seamless custom clearances at destination ports.
Absolutely. We support and welcome third-party quality audits by nominated surveyors (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) at loading sites and processing warehouses before sea containers are locked.
