Return Policy.

Refunds & Cancellations – In & Out Care

Effective Date: February 25, 2026

At In & Out Care, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel:

  • Email us at: [Insert Email]
  • Include your Order ID and registered contact details.

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return (subject to eligibility below).

2. Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unopened
  • The original packaging and seal must be intact
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID) must be provided

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Damaged products not caused during shipping

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • • A damaged product
  • • A defective item
  • • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will arrange: Replacement OR Refund (as applicable)

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from our end.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription anytime through:

  • Your account dashboard
  • OR Emailing support before the next billing cycle

Cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before billing date.
