Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering a vendor account or utilizing the directory services on Easy Vendor. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these provisions in full.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By visiting, browsing, registering as a vendor, submitting verification documents, revealing vendor contact info, or posting customer reviews on Easy Vendor, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding agreements under Indian law.
2 Directory & Intermediary Role
Easy Vendor functions strictly as an electronic directory platform and intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
3 Vendor Registration & KYC Verification
To ensure high directory quality, all vendor applications undergo strict document audit before publishing:
- Vendors must provide accurate, current, and verifiable business details, including a valid 10-digit mobile number for OTP verification.
- Vendors must upload valid identity documents (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Trade License).
- Directory profiles remain in Pending Review status until an administrator audits and approves the submitted credentials.
- Submitting fraudulent, altered, or forged documents results in immediate profile rejection and permanent phone/IP blacklisting.
4 Membership Plans & Service Area Limits
Easy Vendor operates on a tiered subscription architecture powered by Paid Memberships Pro:

Upon subscription expiration or cancellation, the vendor listing is automatically transitioned to Suspended (Draft) mode until renewed.
5 Verified Customer Review Policy
Our verified review engine protects both vendors and consumers from fraudulent ratings:
- Mandatory Job / Invoice Reference: Every submitted review must include a legitimate Job/Invoice reference number matching past service.
- Pre-Publication Moderation: All customer reviews enter the Admin Review Queue for verification before publication.
- Prohibition of Self-Reviewing: Vendors are strictly forbidden from creating fake customer accounts to post self-reviews or manipulate directory ratings.
6 Lead Reveal & Communication Rules
Directory visitors can view vendor phone numbers via the Contact Reveal feature. By using this tool, customers agree to be contacted by the vendor regarding their inquiry. Vendors agree to contact customers professionally and only concerning the specific service category requested.
7 Prohibited Activities
Users and vendors agree not to engage in:
- Automated scraping, harvesting, or extraction of vendor phone numbers or customer data.
- Submitting false, defamatory, abusive, or extortionate reviews.
- Impersonating another business entity, trademark, or individual.
- Spamming, telemarketing, or unsolicited commercial communication outside direct service fulfillment.
8 Suspension & Account Deletion
Easy Vendor reserves the right to suspend or terminate any vendor profile that violates community standards, engages in consumer fraud, or fails to maintain valid credentials.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Easy Vendor and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Transactions, disputes, quotes, or agreements between customers and listed vendors.
- Property damage, bodily injury, or service defects caused by independent contractors.
- Temporary interruptions in SMS gateway delivery due to telecom carrier DND filters or network outages.
10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
