Free Standard Delivery on all UAE orders above AED 200. Orders are processed within 1–2 business
days of placement.
Domestic UAE Delivery
We deliver to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. Estimated delivery timelines from order
confirmation:
- Dubai: 1–2 business days
- Abu Dhabi: 2–3 business days
- Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain: 2–3 business days
- Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah: 3–4 business days
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value and selected method:
- Standard Delivery (Free): Orders above AED 200 — delivered within 2–4 business days.
- Standard Delivery (AED 25): Orders below AED 200 — delivered within 2–4 business days.
- Express Delivery (AED 50): Next business day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM GST —
available for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
- Same-Day Delivery (AED 80): Available for select Dubai zones on orders placed before 10:00 AM

International Delivery
Le Falconé ships internationally to GCC countries and selected global destinations. International orders are
subject to customs duties and taxes in the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
- GCC (KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman): 5–8 business days — AED 85
- Europe: 10–15 business days — AED 150
- USA & Canada: 10–15 business days — AED 170
- Rest of World: 12–20 business days — AED 180
Important: International delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs
clearance procedures, public holidays, and carrier capacity. Le Falconé is not liable for delays caused by customs
authorities.
Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM GST. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or public
holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is
dispatched.
Delivery Partners
Le Falconé uses trusted logistics partners including Aramex, DHL Express, and Fetchr for domestic UAE delivery.
International orders are handled by DHL Express or FedEx International Priority.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, the carrier will make
up to two additional attempts. After three failed attempts, the parcel will be returned to Le Falconé. Re-shipping
charges will apply for a second delivery attempt.
