Le Falconé processes eligible refunds within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The product was received in a damaged or defective condition.
- An incorrect item was delivered (wrong product, size, or fragrance).
- The order was not delivered within the agreed delivery window AND no update was provided by our logistics
partner.
- The product is returned unused and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery (see Return Policy).
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Opened or used fragrances (for hygiene reasons)
- Products not in their original packaging
- Gift sets where individual items have been opened
- Customised or engraved products
- Discovery/sample sets
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Email us at lefalcone@beautyandperfumeintl.com with the subject line "Refund Request —
[Your Order Number]".
- Include your order number, a brief reason for the request, and photographs if the product was damaged or
defective.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide instructions for returning the item if
required.
Refund Timelines
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, refunds are
processed as follows:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 7–14 business days (depending on your bank)
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: 5–7 business days
- Tabby: Within 7 business days (Tabby will adjust your outstanding balance)
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 7 business days — please provide IBAN details
Refund timelines depend on your financial institution and may vary. Le Falconé is not responsible for delays
caused by banks or payment processors once the refund has been initiated on our end.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please photograph the item and packaging and contact us within 48
hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return
shipping.
