Le Falconé offers a 30-day return window for eligible items purchased online or in-store. Items
must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Item is unused and in its original sealed condition.
- Original box, outer packaging, and all accessories (e.g. gift bags, sachets) are included.
- Item is not classified as non-returnable (see below).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Products with broken or removed seals
- Customised, engraved, or personalised products
- Discovery sets or individual samples
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage
For hygiene and safety reasons, once a fragrance bottle has been opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We
strongly recommend using our in-store sampling service or Discovery Sets before purchasing new fragrances.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:
- Step 1: Email lefalcone@beautyandperfumeintl.com with your order number and reason for
return.
- Step 2: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and issue a Return
Authorisation (RA) number.
- Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number on the
outside of the parcel.
- Step 4: Drop off the parcel at any Aramex or DHL outlet. We will provide a prepaid return
label for eligible returns (damaged or incorrect items).
- Step 5: Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7
business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
- Defective / Incorrect Item: Le Falconé covers all return shipping costs and will provide a
prepaid label.
- Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges from
the original order are also non-refundable.
In-Store Returns
You may also return eligible items at any Le Falconé boutique across the UAE, subject to the same eligibility
criteria. Please bring your original order confirmation email or receipt.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for a different size of the same fragrance, subject to stock availability. To request an
exchange, contact us via email with your order number. Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days.
