Our refining process is carried out through carefully controlled physical steps - without the use of chemicals and solvents.

  • Initial Filtration: Removal of solids, pulp, and particulate matter.
  • Decanting / Centrifugation: Separation of fine impurities, water, and natural sediments.
  • Physical Degumming (No Chemicals): Removal of phospholipids using hot water and centrifugation.
  • Physical Deodorization: Unwanted odors and flavors are gently removed using steam and vacuum - without solvents.
  • Controlled Cooling: Stabilization of the oil after heat treatment.
  • Final Polishing Filtration: Improves clarity and ensures a clean final appearance.
