1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before the order has been dispatched from our facility, whichever is earlier. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Replacements

Due to the consumable nature of our products (Avocado Oil Tins and Sprays), we do not accept returns once the seal has been broken.

However, we offer a 100% Replacement Guarantee if:

• The product is received in a damaged condition despite our protective tin packaging.
• The product is near its expiration date upon arrival.
• You received the incorrect variant (e.g., received a spray instead of a tin).

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
